Nous sommes arrivés à Auckland le 5 janvier à 6h00 am et après avoir récupéré notre voiture, nous avons pris la route vers l’hôtel. À 10h00 nous étions déjà en plein cœur de la ville avec un bon café. Pour avoir une bonne idée de l’étendue de la ville, nous sommes allés au sommet de la SkyTower qui est la plus haute tour de l’hémisphère sud, magnifique vue ! Du haut de la tour, nous avons remarqué une petite ville (Devonport) et avons décidé d’y aller , un beau petit tour de traversier de 15 minutes. En montant la colline, il y a une superbe vue de la ville d’Auckland, nous y sommes même retournés le soir. Ce qui nous a le plus frappé à notre arrivée est la gentillesse des gens ici, rendant l’expérience encore plus agréable. Voici quelques photos de notre première journée. Bonne journée à tous. We arrived in Auckland on January 5th at 6 am and after renting our car, we took the road to our hotel. At 10am we were already downtown taking a good coffee to start the day. To have a better idea of the city, we went to the Sky tower, the highest tower of the south hemisphere, a beautiful view! From the tower, we noticed a little city (Devonport) and decided to go, a little ferry ride of 15 minutes. From the top of the hill, there is a magnificent view of Auckland city, we even decided to go back in the evening. Kiwis are really nice and generous people who do not hesitate to go the extra mile by giving great tips about there country. Here are a couple of pictures of our first day. Have a good day everyone.
